The Newtown Shooting

This is so devastating to me. I don't understand what goes through some one's head to feel the need to shoot up an elementary school. These kids had their whole lives ahead of them; High School, College, Weddings, and Children of their own.

20 parents didn't get to tuck their babies into bed, read them a story, or say their prayers with them. 20 parents didn't wake up to cartoons blaring in the living room. And 20 parents won't get to have the joy of christmas morning with their babies.
6 husbands and wives didn't get to sleep with or wake up to their spouse by their side.

It just breaks my heart.

Then there's all the kids that SAW their friends and teachers die. That shooter ripped their innocence away. Those poor children will never be the same. That person changed those kids future forever. I hope that they can rise above this and still have the bright future they were suppose to have.

Thank you teachers who protected the children.

Please be praying for: The families of those who died. The first responders because this will be in their nightmares as well. The teachers and children who survived this. This world, because things like this have got to stop.

We are suppose to love one another. Treat people around you how you want to be treated. LOVE AND RESPECT PEOPLE! THIS CAN'T CONTINUE!
